Sustainability Action Plan

Ms. Deady was awarded a contract in December 2010 as the Project Manager for the City of West Palm Beach Sustainability Action Plan. She was responsible for the project approach and assuring all work was completed on time and on budget including oversight of two subcontractors.

Ms. Deady assisted Monroe County Office of Management and Budget in the development of a successful grant strategy funded by the Florida Energy and Climate Commission. 5 City Conservation Coalition

Ms. Deady spearheaded an effort to create a coalition of 5 cities in Palm Beach County to pursue a $1.238 Million grant through the Florida Energy and Climate Commission.
